Refunds - We have a no refund policy for items unless an item is damaged or I personally get refunded for the item from my supplier. If this happens, then you will be refunded. If I happen to NOT receive an order or a refund, you will automatically be sent a gift card with your store credit amount available on it.

Returns - We do not offer returns on ANY items. Most items are pre-orders so please make sure to size accordingly and to enter correct info for item. 

If an item happens to be damaged, you have 10 business days once it arrives to you to inform me and be eligible for a refund or store credit!
